About The Position
The Overnight Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the hotel’s public areas during the overnight shift. This position ensures that lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, entrances, and other common areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and ready for guests each morning. The Overnight Public Area Attendant works independently and efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties, respond to immediate cleaning needs, remove trash, replenish supplies, and report maintenance or safety concerns. The position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards throughout the overnight hours.
