Requirements

Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment
Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, stand, and walk in pubic areas for extended periods of time
Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of designated areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly
Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed
Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors
Thoroughly clean bathroom sinks, toilets,urinals,mirrors, countertops, walls, vents and floors with specifically assigned cleaning agents. Dispose of trash
Dust all furniture and pictures, clean all windows and glass, and vacuum public areas
Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas
Polish fixtures and vacuum elevators including truck elevators
Maintain appearance of and vacuum stairwells
Clean ashtrays
