About The Position
The UNF Athletics Game Day Table Crew provides customer service and game-day support at athletic events. Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests. This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Background check.
- Credit check may be required.
- Must be a "Responsible Employee" pursuant to their role under Title IX and promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse.
- Must be aware of and assure compliance with NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines, as well as all UNF regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
- Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.
- Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.
- Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.
