About The Position
This position administers gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs. The role performs audits, reviews and updates contracts, and maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes. It reviews route structures to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for UPS gateways. The position also collaborates with maintenance to determine gateway-level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Understand the relationship between AC materials and their impact on maintenance operations.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrate proficiency in database computer skills and statistical methods.

Responsibilities
- Analyze material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Process Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
- Maintain the material database and control information input into the system.
- Administer gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, heavy maintenance material support, database management, and inventory needs.
- Perform audits and review and update contracts.
- Maintain a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes.
- Review route structures to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for UPS gateways.
