PT Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and builds functional working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. Employees must follow applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. The role requires U.S. work authorization as specified in the basic qualifications.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
