About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, carrying out operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth operation of the store. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences. The schedule is flexible to meet business needs and may include overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
