About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Supervisor for its Levi’s® store at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, supporting strategies and operational excellence that contribute to brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role calls for someone who values originality, integrity, empathy, and courage, and who leads by example while helping the team achieve results.

The Supervisor supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment. The role requires regular movement around the store and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Good people skills and the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to move around frequently, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to support efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
