About The Position

Supervisors are an integral part of the store management team, contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The Supervisor supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment. The role is located at Levi’s® in The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support and coach store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
