PT Supervisor, Inside Operations (Preload)
About The Position
The PT Supervisor, Inside Operations (Preload) supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment, supports employee involvement and continual improvement, and implements development plans. It ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
