About The Position
This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The coordinator sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates functional working relationships with personnel at all levels throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees comply with safety policies and procedures and with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required to support continuing professional growth.
- Ensure employees receive detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
