Outpatient PEDs PT. Pediatric Therapist. and Infant population experience is an absolute HARDSTOP. 1YR/1ST TIMER. Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate. Start date: ASAP. Shift: 5x8 M-F 930-1800. Years of experience REQ: 1 yr. First-timers accepted: Yes. Is on-call REQ? No. Floating Req: No. BLS AND CA PT LICENSE REQUIRED. Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F. Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes. Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate. Pending State License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital. Total Staffed Beds: 212. Scrub Color: RNs: Navy blue L&D/OR: Provided. Charting: Epic. Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy.
• Experience with pediatric and infant populations is mandatory.
• BLS certification required.
• CA PT License required.
• Must include all RTO at time of submission.
• First-timers accepted.
