About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for a Pediatric Physical Therapist in an acute hospital setting. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient care. The facility is a Magnet hospital, Level II Trauma center, and recognized as one of the best hospitals in Alaska. The hospital has 407 total staffed beds. The therapist will be expected to work 5x8 hour shifts per week, with some weekends required (approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month).
Requirements
- BLS certification
- AK PT License
- Pediatric experience
- 1 year of experience (or 2 years for first-timers)
- Must have license in hand for Auto Offer
- All time off must be included in submittal
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work some weekends, approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs (N/a as per description).
- Utilize Epic for charting.
