About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The position is permanent and works in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Implement employee personal development plans as required to support ongoing professional growth.
