Inclusive Services at BPL provides unique programs for children and teens with and without disabilities. Hospital Storytelling is Inclusive Services’ outreach program where we read to children at clinics and hospitals throughout Brooklyn, give them free books, and direct them back to the library. The PT Inclusive Services Assistant assists the Hospital Storytelling Coordinator and Inclusive Services Supervising Librarian administratively, prepares and sometime conducts, hospital storytelling sessions. This position provides clerical, administrative and programming support at Inclusive Services/Flatlands Branch to Supervising Librarian and Hospital Storytelling Coordinator. This is a part-time position. The salary for this position is $22/hour for an up to 15-hour workweek.
