About The Position

The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment; and supports employee growth through orientation, training, evaluations, development plans, and coaching. Employees must follow applicable safety policies and procedures, including department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities
