PT Hub Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Hub Supervisor oversees Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The supervisor ensures employees follow safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements. The role manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and supports continual improvement. It also implements employee development plans and ensures staff receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
