About The Position
The PT Framer builds customer relationships and creates memorable custom framing solutions. The role also helps customers find products, maintains a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store, and completes framing orders accurately and on time. Work takes place in a public retail store and frame shop, with hours that include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, moving throughout the store, standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes and frames, and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
- Use the Elevated ABC approach to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
- Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
- Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and a safe, clean, clutter-free environment.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact respectfully and positively with others, including in difficult situations, and serve as a role model for the organization’s vision and values.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
