About The Position

The PT Framer builds customer relationships while creating memorable custom framing solutions, helps customers find products, and maintains a safe, clean, and clutter-free store environment. The role involves completing framing orders to a high standard and on time, supporting sales and production results, maintaining assigned store areas, and assisting with general retail operations. Work takes place in a public retail store; hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; move throughout the store; and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Use Elevated ABC Deliver and personal designer skills to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
