PT Clearance Processor
About The Position
The Clearance Processor processes and moves donated merchandise in preparation for sale at the Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) clearance outlet. The role includes receiving and processing merchandise, meeting the assigned department’s minimum quota, and helping customers on the sales floor. Employees maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment; and alert a supervisor or manager about potentially hazardous materials. The position may include cross-training as a Retail Sales Associate and/or Forklift Operator. Employees are expected to model Goodwill’s core values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to be trained and take direction.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for the position.
Responsibilities
- Meet the minimum quota set for the assigned department.
- Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession of company property.
- Assist customers on the sales floor with questions or concerns.
- Receive and process merchandise.
- Stock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment, including restrooms, floors, walls, windows, and parking lots, as directed.
- Keep the workstation organized and safe, free from food, drink, and other personal items.
- Follow safety rules, ensure they are complied with, and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Inform a supervisor or manager about potentially hazardous or dangerous materials found while processing merchandise for storage or disposal.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- May cross-train as a Retail Sales Associate and/or Forklift Operator.
