About The Position
The PT Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Associates role-model customer experience practices, support a positive store culture, accurately process purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising and merchandise-processing procedures. They participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink-reduction efforts; give and receive feedback; and follow applicable labor laws, policies, and procedures. Other duties may be assigned. The position is at the Marshalls store in Winter Garden, Florida. The starting pay range is USD $15.00 to $15.50 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers.
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and participate in upkeep of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
