About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor positions. The organizations are expanding to meet increased patient demand during the holiday season and into 2027. The role offers autonomy over scheduling, client referrals, weekly compensation, and no marketing overhead. Onboarding is expected to take under 30 days. Psychotherapists provide clinical care using an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation features.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level and supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
