About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The organizations are expanding services in response to increased patient demand and growth into 2027.

Psychotherapists have autonomy over their practice schedules, with client appointments available across all seven days of the week until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone. Client referrals are provided and assigned directly to the clinician’s calendar, removing the need for marketing. Onboarding is expected to take under 30 days. The position offers weekly compensation and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance.

Clinicians use an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation capabilities. Applicants must be independently licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state and have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office and high-speed internet.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet and a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
