About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The clinical partners are expanding to meet patient demand during the holiday season and prepare for growth into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and client referrals assigned directly to your calendar, without marketing responsibilities or expenses. Onboarding is described as taking under 30 days. The position includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and use of an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet access.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy.
