About The Position

Student workers provide support to the Psychology Program in two important ways. Most of the time they perform routine office work supporting the department's faculty and staff. The student worker will also be the first point of contact for people coming to the psychology office with questions. Some tasks include but are not limited to, updating materials in Course instructor’s courses, provide course recommendations and share positive experiences with courses to students, and assist with Psychology Program events.   • MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
  • Must be Federal Work Study Eligible

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine office work supporting the department's faculty and staff.
  • Act as the first point of contact for people coming to the psychology office with questions.
  • Update materials in Course instructor’s courses.
  • Provide course recommendations and share positive experiences with courses to students.
  • Assist with Psychology Program events.
  • Operate a variety of Microsoft Office properties.
  • Provide assistance to Student Success Advisor where needed.
  • Provide assistance to the department’s faculty and staff where needed.
