The Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow will be part of the Research - Psychiatry department and will work full-time. The Fellow will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including case formulations, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes. They will provide treatment services and clinical assessment for 20 hours per week, which includes individual and group psychotherapy, affidavit writing, and psychological assessment. The role also involves attending multidisciplinary team meetings, participating in clinical case consultation meetings, and gaining expertise in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care, particularly for specialty populations. Additionally, the Fellow will engage in mentored scholarly or research activities such as serving as a study therapist or assessor, conducting data analysis, co-authoring manuscripts, or submitting for external funding.
