Our program is designed to provide exceptional physician training using a robust array of mental health service experiences combined with a comprehensive didactic curriculum. The faculty are committed to prepare residents to succeed at the forefront of the evolving role of psychiatry in the delivery of healthcare. Ideal candidates will have previous faculty/teaching experience. This is a part-time position, 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week), utilizing the EPIC EMR. The role offers a generous salary and benefits package, including incentives and paid CME. The Community Psychiatry Residency, accredited by ACGME since 2015, is expanding its slots and is affiliated with Indiana’s largest behavioral health provider. It operates with a physician-led organization committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, physician well-being, and development. Core faculty will primarily support the residency program's development, implementation, and assessment of curriculum, working as a team for the education, training, and support of residents. The network's facilities and patient population provide a rich educational experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
