About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a flexible, fully remote, part-time opportunity to provide high-quality care within a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) partner in an ACT setting, treating patients aged 18+. This role involves working 20 hours per week, ideally with two clinical days (Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST), and approximately 2 hours per day on remaining weekdays for case consultations, urgent clinical needs, care coordination, and court documentation. The position requires comfort working with a diverse patient population and adherence to ACT/IDDT operational and clinical expectations, including active participation in a multidisciplinary team, delivering integrated dual disorder treatment, and meeting MDHHS training and service requirements. The role is 100% remote and based in Michigan, serving patients with moderate acuity, including diagnoses such as SPMI, SUD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, IDD, dual diagnosis, depression, ODD, and ADHD.

Requirements

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
Board Certification in Psychiatry Required.
ACT experience required.
Availability for 20 hours per week during EST hours.
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Active Michigan medical license strongly preferred.
Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using PCE a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care in an ACT setting for patients aged 18+.
