About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists, including psychiatrists completing residency or fellowship training, to provide outpatient mental healthcare in the Salt Lake City area. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote, and involves 100% outpatient work. The schedule has no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules of at least 20 hours per week are available. Psychiatrists are part of a clinical team providing medication management and therapy. LifeStance offers administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, a collegial work environment, and a focus on work/life balance. The position is based at offices in and around Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah. The posted compensation range is $300,000–$375,000 per year. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires. LifeStance Health is a national provider of outpatient mental healthcare services, including in-person clinic care and telemedicine.

Requirements

Fully licensed to practice in Utah.
Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
Unencumbered DEA registration.
Experience in medication management as well as therapy.

Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
