Psychiatrist Outpatient Only (MD or DO)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring an MD- or DO-level Psychiatrist for an outpatient role providing mental healthcare services. The position is 100% outpatient, with flexibility to work in person and via telemedicine. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. The role offers flexible work schedules, no nights, hospital calls, or weekends, and full administrative support in modern offices equipped with the latest digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $425,000–$455,000 and the opportunity for uncapped earnings. A sign-on bonus and optional additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level providers are also offered. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health issues, both in clinics and through telemedicine. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the United States.
