About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role involves medication management and therapy for adult patients. Work is 100% outpatient, with telemedicine and in-person flexibility and no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling and a productivity-based compensation model. Psychiatrists may optionally receive additional compensation for collaborating with mid-level providers.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be board eligible or board certified.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
