About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult Psychiatrists to provide outpatient mental healthcare and contribute to clinical excellence. The role is 100% outpatient, with flexibility to work in person and via telemedicine. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible work schedules and no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation is listed at $395,000–$435,000, with a productivity-based model and potential for unlimited, uncapped earnings. Optional additional compensation is available for collaborating with mid-level clinicians.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Manage medications and provide therapy.
• Optionally collaborate with mid-level clinicians.
