About The Position

Therapath Mental Health is a clinician-founded, collaborative practice delivering evidence-based care through telehealth and in-clinic services. We specialize in depression (including treatment-resistant), anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Therapath Mental Health seeks an engaged and patient-centric Texas licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO only) to join our growing team! Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults (18+) in Texas as part of a multidisciplinary, physician-led team. This includes evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and optional psychotherapy.

Requirements

• MD/DO with active, unrestricted Texas license.
• Comfortable with telehealth.
• Minimum of 20 hours/week availability (flexible).

Nice To Haves

• Interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, ketamine, etc.).
• Treatment-resistant mood disorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications.
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care.
• Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed care.
