About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a bilingual Spanish Psychiatrist to join a multi-specialty practice in Poughkeepsie, NY. The position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting hybrid sessions (in-person and telehealth), collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining medical documentation, and providing culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State Medical License (Required).
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Must be bilingual in Spanish (Required).
Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities.
Excellent communication skills (Spanish/English).
Cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.
Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients.
