Requirements

Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Nice To Haves

Additional compensation offered for supervising Nurse Practitioners (not required).
