Psychiatrist (TMS)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring psychiatrists in Wisconsin to provide outpatient mental healthcare in a clinical team environment. The role involves working with children, adolescents, or adults and may include in-person care at clinics and telehealth. Psychiatrists can choose a flexible schedule, with full-time or part-time work of at least 20 hours per week, and a hybrid model combining on-site and telehealth services. The position is outpatient only, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The compensation range is $325,000–$375,000 annually, with uncapped productivity-based earnings and guaranteed compensation in the first year. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires. LifeStance provides administrative support for scheduling and billing, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment.
Requirements
- Fully licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
- MD or DO degree.
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children, adolescents, or adults.
- Deliver care in person and through telehealth as applicable.
