About The Position
Help mental health clinicians grow in confidence while sharing your psychiatric knowledge in a flexible remote role. The Psychiatrist Supervisor will provide case guidance, clinical consultation, and professional support to mental health providers. You will help clinicians navigate complex cases and improve their overall practice.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
Nice To Haves
- Supervision or leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote supervision sessions.
- Review clinical cases and treatment approaches.
- Provide guidance on referrals and patient safety.
- Support documentation and ethical decision-making.
- Mentor clinicians through clear, respectful feedback.
