About The Position

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is seeking CA licensed Psychiatrists and Psychiatrist Supervisors to join their multidisciplinary clinic. The clinic offers services in Valencia, Westlake Village, and Torrance, CA, as well as telehealth services across California. All services can be provided in-office or via telepsychiatry. The office hours are between 9 am and 6 pm PST, with flexible scheduling encouraged, including a completely virtual work setup from home. The organization provides comprehensive support for marketing, scheduling, billing, and patient acquisition, as well as assistance with medical records and letter requests. The goal is to allow providers to focus on client care and documentation. The clinic fosters a supportive work environment with a strong psychiatric community and offers ongoing training, supervision, and clinical case management meetings. They also provide training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and suboxone/vivitrol is a plus.

Requirements

• CA licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatrist Supervisor
• CA Medical License (Psychiatry)
• Can speak Spanish

• Child and adolescent psychiatry experience/certificate
• Suboxone/vivitrol experience/certificate

Responsibilities

• Treating clients
• Completing records requests
• Completing notes within 24 hours of the service rendered
• Providing monthly supervision to 4 nurse practitioners
• Answering clinical consultation questions via email and phone
