About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatrists and PMHNPs licensed in Pennsylvania to provide care in a Community Mental Health outpatient setting for 16 hours per week. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, supporting a diverse patient population and expanding access to care in underserved communities. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and receive support from a strong on-site and administrative team—allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Williamsport or Lewisburg, PA.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania medical license required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Open to Psychiatrists (MD/DO) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
PMHNP candidates must hold ANCC Board Certification.
Availability for 16 hours per week during EST business hours with flexible Monday–Friday scheduling.
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 6+ preferred; candidates focused on adult populations (18+) will also be considered.
Telehealth experience preferred.
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Responsibilities

Provide care in a Community Mental Health outpatient setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Support a diverse patient population.
Expand access to care in underserved communities.
Deliver exceptional patient care.
Treat patients with diagnoses including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, SUD, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, and dual-diagnosis presentations.
Conduct initial visits (60 min), follow-up visits (20 min for adults, 30 min for children), and administrative time (30 min).
