About The Position

Janus Healthcare Partners is expanding its Collaborative Care model across Oregon, aiming to improve the quality of life for patients with behavioral health challenges and chronic medical conditions by integrating behavioral health services into primary care settings. This is a part-time, remote role (8 hours per week, with potential to expand) for a psychiatrist. The position focuses on population-based psychiatric care within an integrated primary care setting, where the psychiatrist will partner with primary care providers and Behavioral Health Integration Clinicians to offer diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and clinical guidance. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist experienced in Collaborative Care or integrated care models, who values flexible scheduling, clinical collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

Unrestricted and Active Oregon medical license (required)
Experience working within a Collaborative Care or integrated behavioral health model (strongly preferred)
Experience providing consultative psychiatric care to primary care teams
Residence in Oregon; Willamette Valley preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with primary care providers and Behavioral Health Integration Clinicians.
Support diagnostic clarity for patients with behavioral health and chronic medical conditions.
Assist in treatment planning for patients with behavioral health and chronic medical conditions.
Provide clinical guidance for patients with behavioral health and chronic medical conditions.
Provide consultative psychiatric care to primary care teams.
