About The Position

At Newton-Wellesley Hospital, this role provides high-quality occupational therapy services to patients and oversees the work of other occupational therapists. It collaborates with other healthcare professionals to support the best possible patient outcomes. The position is per diem, onsite, and scheduled for the day shift.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; experience cannot be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• Three to five years of occupational therapist experience in a mental health setting required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and co-workers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred.
• Occupational Therapist state license preferred.
