About The Position

Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapy professional in Independence, Missouri, for a five-day, eight-hour day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current application and clinical documentation, up-to-date health screenings and vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
