About The Position

Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapy professional for a position in Jackson, Wyoming. The role is a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current application and screening documentation, including a resume, certifications, clinical references, health records, vaccination records, and successful completion of pre-employment screening.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• 2 current clinical references
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
