About The Position
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners into behavioral health, mental health, and integrated care organizations across the Southeast. We have CMHC, FQHC, and private practice clients with steady demand for PMHNP coverage.
Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC, APRN-PMH, or equivalent)
- Active state license in at least one of NC, SC, GA, TN, FL
- DEA registration
- At least 2 years post-certification clinical practice
- Telehealth platform familiarity (Doxy, SimplePractice, Athenahealth, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per scope
- Provide brief therapy and supportive counseling per visit
- Coordinate with primary care, therapists, case managers
- Maintain documentation per HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, state regs
