Since its founding in 1985, Queen of Peace Center (QOPC) has been providing family-centered behavioral healthcare for women, children, and families. As a member of the Federation of Catholic Charities, we serve the metropolitan and surrounding St. Louis area through four core programs: prevention, education, treatment, and housing. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults within the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (MHSUD) programs of Queen of Peace Center and Saint Louis Counseling, the behavioral health service lines of Catholic Charities of St. Louis. This role supports integrated, trauma-informed, and evidence-based behavioral healthcare delivered through outpatient, community-based, and telehealth settings. The PMHNP collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, person-centered care for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
