About The Position
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Clinical Research Manhattan, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Friday. Join IMA Clinical Research and play a key role in advancing new mental health treatments through clinical trials. In this position, you'll perform psychiatric assessments, evaluate study participants, and work alongside an experienced research team—all while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner license.
- Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Interest in clinical research or evidence-based psychiatric care.
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
- Administer standardized psychiatric rating scales and research assessments.
- Determine participant eligibility for clinical research studies.
- Complete protocol-required clinical and physical assessments.
- Partner with investigators and clinical research staff to ensure high-quality study execution.
- Maintain accurate study documentation while adhering to regulatory and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
