About The Position

We are seeking Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) who are dual licensed for both New York and New Jersey to expand access to behavioral health care. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in mental health and committed to providing exceptional care. We welcome new PMHNP graduates and provide a robust training and experiential learning environment for the first 8 weeks with additional support. Our commitment includes competitive compensation with a base salary and quarterly productivity bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package with healthcare premiums partially covered, and schedule flexibility. We aim to minimize administrative tasks by handling patient scheduling, prior authorizations, case management, billing, and other support functions. Our efficiency allows for better reimbursement rates and lower practice expenses, which benefit our clinicians. Clinical specialists gather patient information and conduct assessments to streamline the intake process, allowing clinicians more quality time with patients. We provide a collaborator at no expense to supervise clinical work and sign off on accrued clinical hours. Our model emphasizes supportive therapy and non-stimulant or non-narcotic medication management.
