About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking multiple New Jersey-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) to provide psychiatric services to patients across South Jersey. Initially, these roles will be remote telehealth positions. As Mindify expands its partnerships with community organizations, there may be opportunities to offer onsite services and transition to a hybrid schedule. Specific onsite locations, days, and hours are not yet determined and would be discussed based on provider availability and partner needs.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
Active New Jersey RN license
Active New Jersey APRN license
Current PMHNP-BC certification
Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority
Ability to provide telehealth services to patients located in New Jersey

Responsibilities

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Diagnose behavioral health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Develop and update treatment plans
Monitor patient progress, medication effectiveness, and side effects
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team
Conduct risk assessments and crisis evaluations when clinically appropriate
Follow HIPAA requirements, clinical standards, and organizational policies
