About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) licensed in Minnesota to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 32 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care. The role involves treating patients aged 18+ with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and SPMI. Initial visits are 60 minutes, with follow-ups lasting 20-40 minutes. This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Minnesota. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on patient care. There are no on-call duties.

Requirements

Active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued.
Availability for 32 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours.
Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels.
PMHNP ANCC Board Certification.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Experience using Carelogic a plus.
