Requirements

• 5+ years of QA / testing experience
• 3+ years of Pega testing experience
• Experience testing Pega workflows, rules, and case management
• Strong SQL and API testing experience
• Experience with healthcare / payer systems (claims, enrollment, utilization management)
• Experience with test tools such as ALM, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, or similar

Nice To Haves

• Pega healthcare implementations
• Knowledge of Facets / claims platforms

Responsibilities

• Validate Pega workflows, case types, decision rules, and UI components
• Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Test healthcare workflows related to claims, membership, authorizations, and provider operations
• Validate APIs and integrations between Pega and downstream systems
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues
• Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business, QA, and development teams
