Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.
Ability to pass a background check.
A dedicated, private home office space that ensures HIPAA compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians remotely.
Familiarity with insurance-based ABA service delivery.
Experience working with young children with ASD and related diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Oversee remote ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, partnering closely with families and the behavior technicians you supervise via our secure telehealth platform.
Developing and updating individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
Conducting remote assessments and translating results into meaningful clinical goals.
Providing high-quality virtual supervision and coaching to RBTs in the field.
Collaborating with caregivers via video consultation to promote skill generalization and family confidence.
Ensuring clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
